Here's a kettlebell routine

I try and train with kettlebells five days per week, concentrating almost exclusively on snatches and bent presses. I'll do snatches with the 24 kg kettle bell, 10 reps each hand alternating until I reach 150-200 reps (total). For presses it's 3-5 x 3-5. I'm struggling with 32 kg snatches... mostly short sets of 5 reps for now. Brutal. I round it out with Janda situps, Full Contact twists, and chins.
