Kettlebell National Ranking - Working up to a heavier kettlebell

Pavel, I was just curious, when you achieved your National Rank in kettlebells at what bodyweight were you?

Did you have more "mass" than you do now due to the extensive training with the kettlebells for the competition?

Would a good way to work up to the workload of the competition be to duplicate the moves starting with the smallest kettlebell and move up until you can use the largest, or just start with the largest and increase reps?

Perhaps use all of the kettlebells and vary the load?
