Kettlebell snatch question
Pavel, I'm currently on a routine to improve my strength and conditioning. I am doing one arm kettlebell snatches 3X per week (Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday).
I have homemade kettlebells that I made out of an old tricep bar. My question is: How do I progress on the exercise? I am thinking of starting with 35 pounds and alternating 10 reps on each arm until I can reach 100 reps on each arm (I did my first workout and only managed 30 reps on each arm). At that point I would increase the weight to 45 pounds and continue again until I made it to 100 reps on each arm and so on. Does this sound like a good plan or is there a better way?
